Abby Farrar
Patient Intake Coordinator
As Patient Intake Coordinator and Patient Experience Liaison at Clarus Surgery, Abby Farrar is often the first friendly voice patients encounter on their care journey. With over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, she ensures every interaction—whether scheduling, referrals, or insurance coordination—is handled with clarity and compassion.
Abby’s commitment to organization, communication, and genuine empathy helps set the tone for the exceptional experience patients have with the Clarus Surgery team.
Abby began her healthcare career more than 12 years ago, working her way up from receptionist to leadership-level patient support roles. Her broad understanding of medical office operations, paired with her natural compassion and professionalism, make her an invaluable part of Clarus Surgery’s patient care process. Abby’s deep familiarity with both the administrative and human sides of healthcare enables her to support patients through each step of their surgical experience with confidence and ease.
Abby’s approach to care centers on compassion, respect, and connection. She believes that every patient deserves to feel supported and understood—especially when navigating surgery or complex health decisions. By combining efficiency with empathy, she helps patients feel at ease from their first call through post-operative follow-up. Her thoughtful, reassuring presence reflects Clarus Surgery’s patient-first philosophy, ensuring each individual feels valued and cared for throughout their journey.
When Abby’s not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her twin boys, cheering them on at baseball games, and finding moments of peace in nature. She also hopes to one day visit Italy to explore her family’s heritage.
