Lindsay brings over six years of experience in surgical assistance, direct patient care, and clinical operations. In the operating room, she provides hands-on support, including anticipating surgical needs, assisting with exposure, suturing, and closing incisions, all while maintaining a high standard of precision and safety. Her experience in clinical management and leadership roles has strengthened her ability to collaborate effectively and support procedures.
A patient-first mindset guides every aspect of Lindsay’s work, keeping each individual’s well-being at the center of every clinical decision. She believes in treating patients as individuals rather than statistics, especially when navigating complex or unexpected outcomes. By combining technical expertise with thoughtful communication and individualized care planning, she helps support safe recoveries and meaningful improvements in quality of life.
Outside of the operating room, Lindsay recharges by spending time outdoors with her dogs and enjoying quiet moments in nature. She’s an avid reader and television fan, currently immersed in Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas and Outlander. She also enjoys thrifting and exploring garage sales in search of hidden treasures and looks forward to traveling to Japan in the future. She’s guided by the reminder: “Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.”
